Children’s parties and corporate events HUDY Boulder Karlín

If you are interested in organizing a birthday party or corporate event, you can now (from 1.3.2026) solve everything through our booking system, online and quickly here.

Here you have to choose the type of event, the available dates and pay for everything directly. You can also see when the floor will be closed for a private event. By paying in the system you agree to the terms, conditions, rules and prices below. Please read everything carefully so that your party runs smoothly.

Terms and Conditions

• Celebrations/corporate events using our floor can only take place on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and always in blocks of either 10:00 – 14:00 or 15:00 – 19:00.
• Only one celebration/event can take place on a given date. If the date you selected is not visible, it means that it is already booked!
• Cancellation is possible no later than 14 days before the start of the event, in which case the amount paid is refunded in full (100%)
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the full amount paid and will not be refunded.
• Any cancellation of the celebration is handled by email to akce@hudyboulder.cz, write your details, which date you are cancelling and your account number. The booking will be manually cancelled and the money refunded to your account.
• If you are interested in an Instructor, please send your request to akce@hudyboulder.cz (instructor at the party / event is paid separately).
• If the instructor has not been confirmed by email, it means that we do not have an instructor yet! In this case, you are not entitled to his/her provision or compensation. You can count on his participation only after final confirmation of time, date and price.
• In the case of small children, it is necessary to take into account that one instructor can attend to 5 to 7 children and children’s parties can only take place in the children’s section on the floor.
• The operator reserves the right to refuse or terminate the event in the event of a breach of the operating regulations, safety rules or good manners, without refund.

• You can bring your own decorations and your own cake to the party. Alternatively, snacks that cannot be substituted from our offer (popcorn, fruit, chips…).
• Own drinks are not allowed. Use our bar (draft beer, raspberry soda), chilled drinks (mineral water mattoni, magnesia, pepsi, matcha, club maté, granini juices, soft beer birrel), coffee, tea, and more…
• The upper floor is unmanned. Please pick up your drink order at the bar.

Party or event for 14 people in total! Adults, children and all participants of the party/event are counted. The price for the party/event is a flat rate and includes people’s admission to the children’s deck, the children’s wall and playground, reservation of a large table and two couches with chairs. Price does not include entrances to the main wall! For this type of party/event, the upstairs is open to other guests and you must leave the rest of the upstairs seating free. Reservations for this event can be made up to 48 hours prior to the event. Please consider carefully if you will keep the number of people! If you exceed the number of people, you are obliged to pay the difference to the price of the “15-30 people” option according to the current price list.

Party or event from 15 to 30 people:

If you are planning a party or event for more than 14 people or just want the entire upper floor to yourself, you must book and pay for this type of party/event. This will rent the entire floor for that time. The price for the party/event is a flat rate and includes booking the entire upstairs and access to it, but does not include access to the main wall! This type of party/event can be booked at least 7 days in advance. Later is no longer possible for organisational reasons.
