Then our children\u2019s climbing club is the perfect choice for you. We\u2019re a sports climbing club focused on children and teens. Through games and fun climbing challenges, they develop coordination, agility, and balance while learning the basics of safe movement on the wall. The course serves as a preparatory program for follow-up training sessions for school-age children, but it is also suitable for children who are trying climbing for the very first time.  <\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Children ages 6\u201310<\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training sessions are designed for children who want to start bouldering, as well as those who already have some experience. We focus on developing climbing technique, proper movement habits, and safe movement on the wall. The lessons are primarily conducted in a playful manner and are supplemented by climbing games and targeted exercises that develop coordination, strength, agility, and the ability to solve climbing problems.  <\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Children ages 11\u201316<\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This group is suitable for both beginners and advanced climbers. Training sessions are tailored to each child\u2019s skill level and focus on the systematic development of climbing technique, strength, endurance, and agility. The program includes targeted technical exercises, practice in efficient movement on the wall, and tackling more challenging boulders.
